"Niklas has been working with the Black Monday Network (a Human Rights Organization based in Sweden and with connections all over the Globe) since its creation in spring 2008. He has been part of the managing board of the organization and was also elected Chairman of the board over a period of appr. six months from the beginning of and until summer of 2009. Niklas is a highly efficient, well read and competent colleague and leader with a strong sense of right and wrong. He is a very good organizer with a keen and sharp eye for what needs to be done. He has successfully completed the tasks handed to him by the board and he has also had a key role in reorganizing the network as it has grown and developed over time. Even though Niklas has now left the board of the Black Monday Network in favor of other duties, he is still a very valued member and colleague of the network and I heartilly recommend Niklas as a very hard working person who will always do the best of what is given to him. I and the rest of the board wish to strongly recommend Niklas as a colleague, a leader and a very good friend.
